Here are some parks in Texas to ride at.
http://www.alligatorrunpark.com The park is 5200 acres and is located in Rusk County. 2000 acres of the park is dry and 3200 is wet, it has a variety of different types of riding styles, such as mud, dry trails, clay pits with hills and spring fed creeks.
