RE: 600 Griz!
I used to own two of those. Go to the link below and you can download the service manual.

http://www.maxmekker.com/atv.asp

If you can't get the link to work for some reason, let me know and I will upload mine and post the link.

RE: 600 Griz!
Those 600s are heavy. Lift the front end up off the ground and compare it to your 420 and see how heavy it is. That looks like a '98. In '99 or 2000, can't remember which year, they went to aluminum rims, aluminum skid plates and made the front rack smaller. Also, they made the front bumper a little narrower. I guess they were trying to build them a little lighter.

RE: 600 Griz!
Put an new battery in it and got the carb torn down and vated and now havin carb kit acquistion problems, never thought it would be so hard to get my hands on a carb kit. but I think I got one on the way now. orders a kit three time from three diff places. first was out of stock, second was wrong, just plan wrong! only had the float seat and needle and the bowl gasket, and thats it, but the one I ordered tonight has it all. so should be soon. ready to get it gone. but just not much time to work on it.
