RE: rancher 420
i like mine. just turned 100 miles today. i am in love with the powersteering. i can go thru deeper mud holes than i thought i could without being snorkeled
it don't look that bad, you can make it

RE: rancher 420
Yeah. they do rather well I just snorkled mine but need to finish water proofing. I have around 250 miles on mine. No power steering though but that OK I have not noticed that I need it yet!

i didnt pay any attention to it until i hopped on my wifes rancher ( an 04) that dont have powersteering and couldnt believe the difference. have you had any trouble with water getting into air box even from just pressure washing it
it don't look that bad, you can make it

RE: rancher 420
Pressure wash no, but I did do some water wheelies last ride that I ended up with some in the box so the snorkle project began. but heck I have floated the think across my bro n laws creek about 3 ft deep with no problems.

RE: rancher 420
the water dont pour in or drowned it out. i just have to stop every now and then and pop the cap off the bottom of airbox and pour the water out and go again
it don't look that bad, you can make it

RE: rancher 420
are you sure its coming from the snorkle? Maybe from somewhere else! That pic up there is not a creek its a field at an atv park we ride at some times
this a pic in the bottom of the creek its dry right now but the dark line in the back is the water line! 09 RANCHER AT DUAL 1.5 SNORKLE BY YOTA CUSTOMS 2" Lift Spacers 27 ZILLAS ON BLACK STI RIMS HMF PIPE AND OPTIMIZER 3000# Promark winch THATS RIGHT BIG PIMPIN ![]() THATS HOW I ROLL! |

RE: rancher 420
its not snorkled. just running on the factory stuff. i found one leak in airbox. the lid was leaking. sealed that but now i still get a little water in the bottom of airbox even in shallow water. i think the plug on the bottom of airbox mite b letting it in. gonna change the snap ring out with a hose clamp and see what happens. this things only bout two months old. more or less like a slow seep
that pic looks like fun riding mite need a snorkel extension for that creek it don't look that bad, you can make it
