wrecks while racing
Would you say wrecking while racing is harder than normal wrecks while out riding? I would say Racing wrecks are harder do to the fact your pushing your quad harder than normal trail riding. Never the less any kind of wreck is a bad wreck, so when out riding your quad try to take all preventive measures to not have a wreck.

RE: wrecks while racing
That's hard to say. The thing about racing is that if you're on a track, then most of the time there want be anything to hit, such as trees or automobiles, etc., unless you hit another ATV. Hitting something solid, like a tree or automobile, would likely be a worse wreck, but that would still depend on each individual situation. If you take trees, automobiles, and other solid objects out of the equation, then I would say that wrecking while racing would be as bad or worse than wrecking off the track.

RE: wrecks while racing
Depends on what kind of racing it is. If its cross country or baja you can get killed racing alot easier than motorcross, and the have trees, rocks, cars , other quads, people, animals, etc............ So I would say yes a wreck while racing is worse you will be more focused on the race than your surroundings.

RE: wrecks while racing
Yeah, I never though about cross country or baja racing. I was assuming that he meant on a track for some reason. See what happens when one assumes. LOL.

RE: wrecks while racing
How about high speeds and not paying attention. LOL.
What do the statistics show? But I don't know where you would find statistics on the severity of ATV racing crashes versus non-racing.
